Job Responsibilities:
1- Handle all processes related to new visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes for employment, residence, and mission visas.
2- Prepare and submit visa applications through relevant UAE government portals, including GDRFA, ICA, MOHRE, Tasheel, and E-Channel.
3- Track and update visa status, ensuring timely follow-ups and renewals to avoid fines and legal issues.
4- Coordinate the issuance and renewal of medical insurance for employees in line with visa processing and UAE regulations.
5- Maintain accurate records of all visa transactions and employee legal documents, including passports, visas, and labour cards.
Job Qualification:
1- Diploma or Bachelor degree.
2- Proven experience in visa processing and immigration laws and regulations in UAE.
3- Proficient in using government portals and software related to visa processing.
4- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
5- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex situations and provide effective solutions.
