Job Responsibilities:
1- Create a lasting fimpression by being the hotel’s ambassador—offering a professional, and welcoming presence at all times.
2- Warmly welcome every guest with a sincere greeting in the local language, setting the tone for a heartfelt and memorable stay.
3- Assist with arrivals, luggage, and directions with flair and efficiency.
4- Guide guests with hotel highlights, and a smile that says you’re in great hands.
5- Work closely with our concierge, valet, and front office teams to deliver seamless service.
Job Qualification:
1- A natural people person who making others feel welcome.
2- Prior 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or guest-facing role.
3- Fluent in English. (Additional language is a plus)
