Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential leads through various channels (online, networking, referrals).
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects to ensure consistent business opportunities.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide information on services and products.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and pitch company offerings.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closure.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure all client information and communications are recorded.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1 – 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in rent a car industry.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
