Job Responsibilities:
1- Abstracts all necessary information from health records to identify secondary complications and co-morbid conditions.
2- Evaluates the record for documentation consistency and adequacy.
3- Ensures coding is as per HAAD guidelines and regulations.
4- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
5- Comply with Waste management procedures and policies
Job Qualification:
1- A graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Allied Health Sciences or related areas with at least two (2) years of coding experience with valid Certified Coding Associate (CCA)
2- Computer Literacy, MS Office.
3- Excellent command of oral and written English.
4- Achievement of Core objectives in line with the expectations of the Management and stakeholders
5- Ability to coordinate multiple task, adjust to changing priorities and work within deadlines.
