Job Responsibilities:
1- Manage Order-to-Cash for assigned global distributors
2- Ensure all shipments meet customer requirements regarding documentation, packaging and transportation
3- Act as spider in the web, taking necessary action in close collaboration with different departments
4- Address specific customer requests and enquiries and liaise with internal stakeholders as needed.
5- Act as a team member in support of department objectives.
Job Qualification:
1- Education level: Bachelor (MBO+/HBO)
2- Customer Centric mindset
3- Experience with SAP and Excel
4- Experience in handling Letter of Credit requirements
5- Experience in MedTech industry
