Job Title: UAEN Call Centre Assistant
Job Type: Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

1- Ensure that all cases are accurately raised in CRM for follow up and accurate data recording
2- Follow department action plans to ensure an improved customer experience and a constant approach
3- Work towards achieving first call resolution by finding and offering a solution to the customer
4- Responsible for arranging schedules and workloads to ensure correct coverage at all times to ensure that service levels and the customer experience is improved
5- Report any risks hazards and unusual activity to your senior or manager immediately 

Job Qualification:

1- Analytical Skills
2- Effective Communication
3- Call centre experience working with Genesys/CRM systems is an advantage
4- Retail background
5- Strong people and time management skills
