Job Title: Insurance Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
1- Contact existing showroom customers and co-ordinate renewal of their existing insurance through ATM’s supporting panel of insurers.
2- Conduct F&I procedures in accordance with customer needs and pre agreed processes so that targets are met on a monthly basis throughout ATM.
3- Prepare quotations for the customer deals and file all the records appropriately
4- Collect all proofs required by the supporting bank and secure the credit line prior to a vehicle being released by the sales department
5- Reconcile the commission payable from supporting banks against each deal and keep a financial control log on a daily basis
Job Qualification:
1- Degree in any discipline or through automotive vocational route
2- 1 – 2 years solid experience in finance or insurance markets in association with the motor industry as a whole or GCC market.
