Job Responsibilities:
1- Receive orders and serve customer requests completely in a timely manner.
2- Take food orders and assist the floor team with deliveries as required.
3- Keep your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared.
4- Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues.
5- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
Job Qualification:
1- Customer Service experience
2- Ability to listen and respond to demanding Guest needs
3- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
4- Previous experience in similar role
5- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
